Injection moulding
Our plastic production plant consists of 25 modern high speed injection moulding machines varying from 20 to 1000 tons of clamping force. With this combination of a wide range of machines and our experienced employees we are able to meet any requirement from the customer within the shortest possible deadline.
Materials we specialize in are Polypropylene, LDPE, HDPE, Polystyrene, Polyamide, ABS and PMMA. Our machines are equipped with pick and place robots which makes moulding of complex parts with metal inserts easily achievable. As well, our skilled and cost efficient workforce makes us well suited for injection moulding of products that require significant postproduction assembly. Injection moulding can be done on customers moulds, or if it is a novel project, we can develop and produce the mould. Our four decades long experience of in house mould production enables us to offer to our clients cost efficient solution of mould design and development as well as injection moulding of plastic parts on these moulds afterwards. A tool room with a modern equipped machine park and experienced employees enables us to offer a cost efficient solution for an on demand development of new moulds and products specially tailored to our customers’ needs.
In accordance with the customer’s specifications, all products can be manufactured under their private label or produced with their logo engraved in the product.We are supporting our clients from the first step, the idea itself, for which our engineering team develops the CAD design, through the design and production of metal parts, moulds or injection moulded plastic parts, until the final step, the delivery of finished parts in accordance with customer requirements and based on DAP / DDP Incoterms®.
